What Would B.B. Wear (WWBBW): My First Etsy Purchase

The first time I visited Etsy, I spotted quite a few items that I found to be fun and intriguing. I stumbled upon so many unique pieces, from leather earrings to bedazzled press on nails. But there was one find that stayed in the back of my mind for several months, and I finally purchased it.

Although handbags are one of my favorite accessories, I don’t typically make impulsive decisions to purchase them. I’m not sure why. It could be because there’s no size associated with them like dresses and shoes. I wear a popular size. If I don’t snag a pair of pumps when I see them, they may not be there when I return. That doesn’t typically happen with a bag.

I’m happy with the decision I made. It is a beautiful handmade leather tote that can hold all of my necessities. I placed my order on 2 May and it was delivered to my door on 6 May. But what I like most about this purchase is the personal touch of the maker. The purchase also included hand-written messages of thanks and encouragement that I identify with.
